RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At DEVA SYSTEM SOLUTION, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:
No Returns or Exchanges for Opened or Used Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, as they cannot be resold.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged (broken or any other issue), you must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@devasystemsolution.com with relevant details and images of the damaged product.
Once we receive the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If the product is found to be damaged due to the seller’s side, we will refund the amount. However, there will be no exchange.
Non-Covered Damages
Any damage caused due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy.
Reliant Industries is not responsible for any damage occurring after successful delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return request is accepted, and the product has been inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original source of payment within the next 5-7 business days.
No Refund for Goodies
No refunds shall be made for goodies once sold.
